Mike has spent his career working in the C-suite at national brands like Nabisco, Boston Scientific, Cahners Publishing, IBM and more. He opened Shore Creative Group in 2008 and the agency quickly developed a reputation for creative excellence and innovative solutions for recruitment clients. Today, Shore Creative Group remains one of the top agencies in healthcare recruitment.

With Covid-19 behind us and still in the game, Mike’s determined to help fuel the healthcare market with top talent in 2020 and beyond.

Mike’s portfolio includes serving as President of the Jersey Shore Association of Human Resources and consulting with the National Association for Health Care Recruitment.

He’s conducted symposiums for HR Leaders on topics like Employer Branding and has spoken at multiple Society of Human Resources conferences including SHRM and NAHCR.

His podcast, The Talent Brand Show is nationally and internationally recognized for its engaging content and thorough interviews that provide extensive tips for healthcare leaders in all facets of the industry.

On a personal note, Mike is the father of two autistic children and has dedicated his life to being the most loving, caring and devoted father to his children.

With that said, this path has led him to launch a non-profit dedicated to funding housing for autistic adults. He has also served on the board of the New Jersey Shore Walk for Autism Speaks. His upcoming book, Autastic, is set to launch in April 2021.
